Combined with intelligent manifolds for precise flow distribution, this system maintains a constant temperature of 22°C ± 1°C for a 200-square-meter villa. The multi-layer composite structure eliminates the risk of brittle cracking in sub-zero environments.

A 160mm φ HDPE water supply pipe maintains a stable water pressure of 0.8 MPa throughout the 16-story building. The accompanying brass ball valve has been tested for 100,000 cycles without leaks, creating a fully enclosed pressure-bearing system from the municipal connection to the terminal, meeting an average daily commercial water demand of 500 tons.

The aluminum-plastic composite gas pipeline system has achieved German DVGW certification, maintaining a working pressure of 0.4 MPa over a wide temperature range of -20°C to 60°C. The specialized plastic components are chemically resistant, effectively solving the challenges of pipeline laying in the complex terrain of industrial parks.

PEX-a prefabricated direct-buried insulated pipes were hot-melt-connected on-site at -15°C. Modular manifolds were used to achieve segmented control of the 10km pipe network. The cross-linked polyethylene structure is heat-resistant up to 110°C, and the prefabricated insulation layer reduces heat loss by 30%, improving the efficiency of aging pipe network renovations.
